Memorial Service and Sunday Study

Memorial service starts at 10:30am, tea and coffee at 11:45 and Sunday study at 12:15pm

The memorial service is the central part of our week as a community. We remember and celebrate the life, death and resurrection of Jesus, all of the work that he did to set us free from sin.

Sunday study is a less formal, often interactive session where we read the bible together and try to encourage everyone to read the bible for themselves.

SUNDAY SCHOOL and Creche

Sunday school starts at 12:15pm and runs alongside Sunday study

Handsworth Sunday School provides a fun way for children aged four and upwards to learn about God and his son, Jesus. We also run a creche service for children under 4 so that parents can come into the service without worrying about their children.

SPECIAL SUNDAY!

The first Sunday of every month, after Sunday study

We'll do the cooking! Please do join us for samosas, curries, vegetarian dishes and lots more. This is a great opportunity to get to know us better and have a chat over some tasty food!

TUESDAY BIBLE CLASS

7pm every other Tuesday

At Tuesday class we run a friendly bible basics session held in homes. we study a specific theme, such as a book and follow it over several weeks. This is a lovely way to learn about the overarching themes of the bible. Everyone is welcome and so are questions.

We meet in the home of one of our members. There is tea and biscuits!

At Bible class we do our very best to delve further into the wonders of the Bible. Everyone is welcome! This is especially designed for more advanced Bible readers. We meet in each other’s homes and have tea and biscuits!
